Her high tech approach to marketing including the useage of a CD Rom and a flyer with many digital photos that provided prospective buyers a "memory" of their visit to my home. Major marketing Web Sites including Windermere, John L. Scott and Coldwell Banker Bain were used in addition to media advertisements maximizing coverage. What was most important to me was that she has marketed many other units in the building and had the experience to effectively list in the builidng. The handling of all of the documentation was a efficient and of the highest quality. This included handling a multiple offer situation.
